Sports Training Complex is a 26,000 sq/ft facility dedicated to training youth athletes with an emphasis on injury prevention. Our focus on correct biomechanics, appropriate exercise instruction, and education of the athlete provides an optimum environment to help the athlete achieve their respective goals.

Hours of operation are 1 - 9 pm Monday through Friday

Weekend cage and facility team rental is available by appointment only.
